Appetizer idea from the Brown's:
Kristin makes this great Corn Salsa, she served yesterday at Elayna's blessing. It is great!!

Kristin’s Corn Salsa 

1 can shoepeg corn  (this can be found on the vegetable isle)
1 can black-eyed peas (or black beans)
5-6 medium tomatoes
2 avocadoes
2-3 green onions
½ bunch of cilantro
1 pkg of Italian dressing
2 limes squeezed
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp oil

Mix together and chill, serve with chips.
