Recipe: Snack

Carrie taught me this quick, healthy snack:

yogurt + quick oats 
simple & yummy snack

Pour yogurt, add oats on top. 

It's great because it makes yogurt go farther and it allows for more whole grains and a good source of protein. If you haven't already heard of it, try Greek yogurt. Lower sugar and higher protein, but make to watch out because fat content can vary.  Enjoy!
